1. Booking & Appointments
All bookings made through ByTaraJayne are automatically confirmed once submitted. Please double-check your appointment details before booking.
Appointments are for the services and duration specified at the time of booking. If you require additional services, please book these separately or discuss with Tara-Jayne before your appointment.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation at full charge if there isn't enough time to complete your service.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will forfeit any deposit paid and may be charged the full service amount.
No-shows will be charged the full service price and may be required to pay in advance for future bookings.
To cancel or reschedule, please contact ByTaraJayne as soon as possible.
3. Payment Terms
A deposit equal to a percentage of your booking total is required to secure your appointment. This will be communicated during the booking process.
The remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment.
We accept payment by cash, card, or bank transfer.
All deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours or fail to attend your appointment.
4. Service & Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable once completed. If you have concerns about your treatment, please raise them immediately so we can address them during your appointment.
ByTaraJayne guarantees professional service delivery but cannot guarantee specific results as these can vary based on individual factors.
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of your appointment for us to offer a complimentary fix where appropriate.
5. Client Responsibilities
Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect your treatment.
For certain treatments, patch tests may be required 48 hours before your appointment. Failure to attend a required patch test will result in cancellation of your service.
Please ensure your nails, lashes, or brows are clean and free from previous treatments unless otherwise instructed.
We reserve the right to refuse service if hygiene standards are not met or if there are contraindications to treatment.
6. Salon Policies
ByTaraJayne operates from a professional beauty space. Please respect other clients and professionals in the vicinity.
We maintain a calm, professional environment. Aggressive or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
7. Health & Safety
Your safety is our priority. All tools and equipment are sanitised according to industry standards.
Please do not attend your appointment if you have any contagious conditions or feel unwell.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal information is collected solely for booking and appointment purposes.
We will only contact you regarding your appointments, important updates, or with your explicit consent for marketing purposes.
Your data is stored securely and will never be shared with third parties without your permission.
You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time.
9. Liability
ByTaraJayne holds appropriate insurance for all services provided.
We are not responsible for any adverse reactions that occur due to undisclosed allergies or medical conditions.
Personal belongings remain your responsibility. We recommend leaving valuables at home.
